For businesses accredited by recognized professional bodies, we strive to authenticate and approve your listing within 48 hours. Upon successful verification, you will be notified via email about the activation of your listing on our esteemed platform.

Initiating your journey with YeboYes begins with crafting an engaging agency page. This forms the foundation for linking your agents and showcasing their listings. Like individual agents, agencies on YeboYes benefit from consolidated listings and the ability to accumulate ratings and reviews specific to the agency.

Our platform enables users to search for agencies by name and location. Notably, agencies are ranked primarily on user ratings, followed by proximity to the searcher — a compelling reason to encourage client reviews!

To register your agency on YeboYes, the following items are required:

  1. Logo: We need two variations of your agency’s logo – one square (1:1 ratio) and one rectangular.
  2. Agency Description: A brief but impactful description of your agency.
  3. Contact Details: This includes your address, contact information, and a cover photo.
  4. Agency Registration Number: For authentication and verification purposes.

We’ve proactively pre-loaded a selection of agencies to facilitate a smooth start on our platform. Please verify if your agency is already listed before creating a new profile (view already loaded agencies here). If your agency is pre-registered, contact us at info@yeboyes.co.za for ownership transfer to the principal agent.

Important Note for Principals: As a principal, you will be notified when new agents join and associate themselves with your agency. Their profiles require your approval before going live. Additionally, you will be informed about new property listings as they are published.

Prior to creating your individual estate agent profile on YeboYes, it’s essential to verify whether your agency is already registered on our platform. This step is crucial as it allows you to seamlessly connect your personal profile with your agency. In case you are the pioneering member from your agency on YeboYes, we kindly request that the principal agent initiates the agency’s registration first.
